Peachtree City (Ga.) McIntosh tight end Hollis Davidson appears to have excellent size. While he’s been deployed mostly out on the perimeter, he’s logged snaps as a willing blocker out by the numbers. Body control and balance is there, which likely stems from his soccer background. Davidson, a new high three-star 88 on 247Sports, owns an encouraging athletic pedigree as his dad and aunt played volleyball at a high level at Penn State. Davidsion seems to catch a lot of stuff that comes his way. We still need to learn more about Davidson, but the early indicators are promising. From a recruiting standpoint, Davidson reports offers from schools such as Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Miami, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. — Ivins
