New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones has thrown 62 regular season touchdown passes (two in the playoffs) to a combined 20 players.
As a rookie, Jones tossed 24 touchdowns, which very nearly set the NFL’s single-season rookie record at the time. Since then however, things have gone downhill and become more unstable for both he and the Giants.
In 2020 and 2021, Jones threw for 11 and 10 touchdowns, respectively. That number jumped a bit in 2022 when he recorded 15 touchdown passes but then dipped to just two scoring passes during his injury-riddled 2023 campaign.
For a former No. 6 overall pick, these numbers do not suffice. The downward trend is justifiably concerning but in addition to a league-worst offensive line, might the lack of talent at skill positions also have something to do with it?
Here’s a look at all 20 players Jones has thrown a touchdown to during the regular season. You be the judge.
