247Sports’ No. 1 edge rusher Jared Smith visited USC this weekend. The Alabaster (Ala.) Thompson blue-chipper made the trek out West with his mother and aunt. The three of them loved the experience and Smith said he’ll definitely be back.
Lincoln Riley and his staff are battling the likes of Georgia, South Carolina, Miami, Alabama, Auburn and Tennessee.
“USC was great,” Smith stated. Riley and new defensive line coach Eric Henderson who came over from the Los Angeles Rams made a huge impression.
