247Sports tabs the 6-foot-1, 190-pound Jackson as the No. 4 running back in the country. He is the No. 101 prospect in America per the industry-generated 247Sports Composite and the No. 4 overall player in Ohio per the Top247.
Jackson will be back at Penn State on March 16. He was in Happy Valley back in November for the win over Rutgers.
