Believe it or not, there are rumors linking Bayern Munich to Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo floating around during this latest edition of the winter silly season. If you dare, let’s take a gander at what is floating around cyberspace regarding this rumor:
BAYERN MUNICH are set to join the race for Kobbie Mainoo, SunSport can reveal.
The Manchester United midfielder could be on his way out of Old Trafford if the club are unable to afford his wage demands.
Mainoo – whose current £20,000-a-week contract expires in 2027 – is hoping for a fresh deal worth £200,000-a-week. But United are believed to be reluctant to go that high – which has led to reports Mainoo could leave the club either during this window or over the summer.
Chelsea are at the front of the queue for the midfielder, but SunSport has learned that the London club will not be the only side chasing him. German giants Bayern are also long-term admirers and are planning to make a move if he becomes available. Bayern Munich and Chelsea are both interested in Man Utd midfielder Kobbie Mainoo, according to @TheSunFootball.
Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg, however, says that is nonsense:
So in other words, Plettenberg says…”Mai-noooooooooooooooooooooooooo!” — Vader style.
Or was it more like, “Mai-noooooooooooooooooooooooooo!” — Luke style?
Which “Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo!” is better?
Poll
Which “Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!” is better?
Well Mexico…he’s your problem now:

Mathys Tel decided to stick around for the second half of the season (so far), but if he wanted to leave, he would still have multiple offers on where to go (aside of Chelsea):
Nottingham Forest, Werder Bremen, VfB Stuttgart and Augsburg all want to sign Bayern Munich forward Mathys Tel, but the player won’t leave this month.
Bayern Munich travelled to Borussia Mönchengladbach for a Bundesliga showdown to restart action after the Winterpause.
The Bavarians were able to fend off a very defensive, conservative effort from Die Fohlen to capture a 1-0 victory, though it was not easy (against Gladbach, it is never easy).
