According to a report from Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg, former Bayern Munich campus coach Erik ten Hag is a candidate to replace Nuri Sahin should Borussia Dortmund let him go:
⚫️ Despite other reports, Erik ten Hag remains a candidate for Borussia Dortmund should Nuri #Sahin be dismissed. #BVB
He is and will remain on the list. However, he would not be a 6-month solution, but would demand a long-term contract. Additionally, his severance pay with #MUFC would need to be settled.
In addition to Ten Hag, Dortmund have discussed other candidates.
Ten Hag will assuredly be looking for a place to reboot his coaching career. Will BVB be the place?
