The Las Vegas Raiders have found their new general manager.
According to ESPN senior insider Adam Schefter, the organization is hiring Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant general manager John Spytek to be the general manager.
As Schefter notes, in his career as an NFL executive, Spytek has worked with the likes of Andy Reid, Mike Holmgren, John Harbaugh, John Elway, Jason Licht, Tom Heckert, and Gary Kubiak.

Spytek started his NFL career back in 2004 as an operations intern with the Detroit Lions.
He then spent the next five seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles as an intern and scout.
After his time ended in Philadelphia, he would bounce around the league for the next 10+ seasons with the Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
He helped both the Broncos win the Super Bowl in 2015 and the Buccaneers win the Super Bowl in 2020.
The 44-year-old has a tall task ahead of him as he looks to turn the ship around in Sin City.
In the last 22 seasons, the Raiders have made the playoffs just twice.
Their last postseason win came in the AFC Championship back in 2002 before losing to Jon Gruden and the Buccaneers in the Super Bowl later on.
2002 was also the last time in which the Raiders won the AFC West.
Spytek will now look to find his head coach and help build a contending roster in a loaded division.
Time will tell whether or not he is the right man for the job.
