Karate Combat is back tomorrow (Fri., Jan 23, 2025) for its first event of 2025 and goes down in Miami, Florida, with several former UFC fighters scheduled to compete.
The main event features a Lightweight Championship fight between defending champion Shahzaib Rind and challenger Edgars Skrīvers that headlines the event.
UFC champion Alex Pereira’s sister, Aline Pereira, co-headlines KC 52 against Argentinan boxer Gisela Luna.
Pereira was successful in her Karate Combat debut last year (Oct. 2024) when she knocked out Dee Begley in less than three minutes (watch highlights).

Former UFC Heavyweight knockout artist Robelis Despaigne also makes his second appearance after scoring the fastest knockout in Karate Combat history (watch highlights).

Former UFC Flyweight knockout artist Tyson Nam, who was shockingly released from the promotion, makes his Karate Combat debut against promotional veteran Loxbey Montalvan.
Ultimate Fighter season eight winner Efraín Escudero makes his third appearance in the Karate Combat pit against Luan Santiago.
