The Philadelphia Eagles are heading to Super Bowl LIX, and it will be a rematch from two years ago when they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Eagles not only have the opportunity to prevent the Chiefs from pulling off an unprecedented third straight Super Bowl championship but also to bring home their second Vince Lombardi Trophy.
Veteran defensive end Brandon Graham has been out of action since late November with a torn triceps muscle, and he recently provided an update as far as possibly recovering soon enough to play in the big game.
“I feel good. … We’ll see what the docs say, see what’s going on, and go from there,” Graham said, via Zach Berman of PHLY.

Graham isn’t the player he was several years ago when he was a key contributor to the championship-winning team of the 2017 season, but he is a key depth piece and veteran leader.
Defense has been the biggest key to the Eagles’ success this season, and an argument could be made that they have possibly been the best defensive team in football since their Week 5 bye.
Getting pressure on Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes will be of the utmost importance, and it is something the Tampa Bay Buccaneers did an outstanding job of when they defeated the Chiefs in Super Bowl LV.
Mahomes hasn’t been putting up the numbers he used to, but he continues to make winning plays when needed, and he has the type of aura of inevitability that perhaps only Tom Brady and Joe Montana have ever possessed throughout NFL history.
