There could be several difference-making wide receivers available this offseason in the NFL, and the teams they end up playing for could end up rising in the standings.
One such wideout who is expected to be available as a free agent is Tee Higgins, who could leave the Cincinnati Bengals despite having a promising setup there.
The Bengals need to give top wideout Ja’Marr Chase a new contract, and they may not be able to pay both men enough to keep them in town.
ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky recently predicted Higgins will have a robust market, and fellow analyst Andrew Hawkins named the Washington Commanders as an attractive destination.
“So many teams are gonna want Tee in free agency,” Orlovsky wrote on X.

The thinking is that Higgins wants to be the main offensive option on another team rather than continuing to play second-fiddle to Chase in Cincinnati.
While the Bengals missed the playoffs for the second year in a row and have a murky future, the immediate outlook for the Commanders is bright after they won 12 games and got to the NFC Championship Game.
Jayden Daniels, who had a sensational rookie year, is the franchise quarterback Washington has begged for going back decades, and he could benefit greatly from the presence of Higgins.
The Commanders already have a very solid wideout in Terry McLaurin, and adding Higgins to the mix could keep them as Super Bowl contenders going forward.
