Jamarion Vincent is a four-star cornerback from Waco, Texas. His high school, Connally High, is a hair over a 10 minute drive from Baylor’s campus.
The Bears and head coach Dave Aranda had a massive homefield advantage in Vincent’s recruitment, and that advantage paid off on Thursday.
Vincent committed to Baylor over a number of schools, including several in-state programs. That list includes Texas, Houston, TCU, Nebraska and Kansas State, among others.
“Baylor is doing something special and I’m ready to be a part of it,” Vincent told Hayes Fawcett of On3.
