Bayern Munich has a mega-star squad on their hands, but it’s common knowledge that a lot of the players on that squad are young and still need experience. As an investment, and to build an even stronger squad for the future, Bayern has had a busy transfer window.
Adam Aznou, an extremely talented fullback, has more than once proved his prowess on the pitch for Bayern Munich. However, considering the depth that the club currently has, a lot of players were struggling to see playing time, Aznou being one of them. Christoph Freund, sporting director at Bayern, recently spoke on their decision to send Aznou to Real Valladolid, widely resonating with what the fans believe, too.
“Adam has developed really well since joining FC Bayern. For him, match practice at the highest level every week is now important in order to take the next step, and La Liga is an excellent option. Adam will return to Munich with valuable experience from Spain,” said Freund in an interview (captured by @iMiaSanMia).
Fans hope that Aznou will not end up leaving permanently, having seen his talent on the pitch. The same goes for Mathys Tel, who just left on loan to Tottenham.
