The Philadelphia Eagles are on top of the world right now.
Maybe this will be enough for people to stop doubting Jalen Hurts.
The Eagles’ stud won his first Super Bowl and Super Bowl MVP, and combined with other accolades, it’s easy to make a case for him being a future Hall of Famer.
At least, that’s how Emmanuel Acho feels.
Talking on FOX Sports’ “The Facility,” the former player revealed that Hurts had now joined a very exclusive club.
With his Super Bowl MVP award, he joined Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Kurt Warner, John Elway, Patrick Mahomes, and Steve Young in winning that award and earning at least one first-team All-Pro selection.
Acho believes that Hurts is now on a Hall of Fame path.

Hurts was considered one of the best quarterbacks in the league a couple of years ago, and while he was counted out last and this season, he showed up to play on the biggest stage.
Hurts has overcome a lot to reach this point, and it’s about time he finally gets his flowers.
Some might argue that his rushing TD numbers are wrongfully inflated because of his team’s infamous ‘Tush Push’ play, but even that takes skill.
He’s one of the strongest and most athletic quarterbacks in the game, and it takes a lot of hard work to withstand that beating near the goal line.
More than that, he’s made great strides as a passer in the pocket, and his ability to extend plays with his legs is top-notch.
It’s still early, but with his résumé, the Hall of Fame is a realistic possibility.
