The Philadelphia Eagles were able to sneak by an injury-riddled Green Bay Packers team in the wildcard round by a score of 22-10.
However, the offense was not particularly impressive as it only mustered 290 yards of offense and two touchdowns.
Former University of Wisconsin quarterback and current NFL writer Nate Tice recently broke down what he sees from Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts on “The Ross Tucker Podcast.”
“I think I see a quarterback that’s not really trusting what he sees…I think Jalen Hurts has kind of become a little bit of a one-and-done read guy right now…He’s just not decisive…Everything’s a half-second late,” Tice said Wednesday.

The two-time Pro Bowl quarterback has shown his ability to be a really good player in the league over the last few seasons.
But even though he went 12-3 as the starter this season and set career highs in multiple statistical categories, something feels off.
He didn’t throw for 3,000 yards this season and only tossed 18 touchdowns.
Sure, Philadelphia is a run-first team, and Saquon Barkley has been doing magical things from the backfield this season, but they can’t hand the ball off on every play.
Hurts will have to find a way to be more prolific as the playoffs move along.
He only threw for 131 yards and completed just 61.9% of his passes against Green Bay.
If the Eagles can defeat the Los Angeles Rams this weekend, tough defenses like the Washington Commanders, Detroit Lions, and Kansas City Chiefs could be waiting.
