The Kansas City Chiefs had five players voted to this year’s Pro Bowl.
Guard Joe Thuney, guard Trey Smith, center Creed Humphrey, tight end Travis Kelce, and defensive tackle Chris Jones were all selected.
However, MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes was not.
Former NFL wide receiver and current Fox Sports analyst James Jones was seemingly unhappy about that on Friday morning.
“This right here is disrespectful to Patrick Mahomes…This man is 15-1. The best player in the world…This is absolutely disrespectful in my humble opinion,” Jones said via The Facility.

This season, Mahomes hasn’t had his best statistical season.
He has thrown 26 touchdowns and 11 interceptions but has not eclipsed 4,000 passing yards.
The quarterbacks who were voted to the Pro Bowl this year were Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, and Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.
The case could be made that those three players are the leading candidates for the MVP.
Josh Allen has recorded over 4,200 total yards and 40 total touchdowns this season while throwing just six interceptions.
Joe Burrow is leading the league in completions (423), passing yards (4,641), and touchdown passes (42).
Lamar Jackson is currently leading the league in passer rating (121.6) and has the Ravens on the cusp of winning the AFC North.
Yes, Mahomes is on the best team in the league from a record perspective and has played solid football for them all year.
But he just hasn’t had the season that some of these other names have had from a numbers and overall performance point of view.
