6. West Virginia Mountaineers (31.13)
Commits: 8
With eight transfers this cycle including three of the four-star variety, the Mountaineers have strengthened their roster in a big way under new coach Darian DeVries. Oklahoma State’s Javon Small and Drake’s Tucker DeVries, the son of West Virginia’s coach and the reigning Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year, are both ranked inside the national top 10 and should fill immediate starring roles. Overall, this is one of the Big 12’s top transfer classes, right behind Kansas.
