After a loss during a midweek Champions League tilt vs. Feyenoord, Bayern Munich was desperate, reeling, and injured going into the Black Forest to face an equally-reeling SC Freiburg.
Bayern Munich pulled out a 2-1 victory, but it was not overly impressive. In fact, SC Freiburg made a pretty valiant effort at the end, which could have been disastrous for the Bavarians.
