Bayern Munich are targeting Hoffenheim prospect Tom Bischof, who is a 19-year-old midfielder and a highly rated one at that. The Bavarians made their interest known across Germany, and it seems like the rest of the big boys want a piece of the pie:
The likes of Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Dortmund – all interested in Tom Bischof – are aware that Bayern are ‘well ahead’ in the race for the player. The 19-year-old could be a replacement for Leon Goretzka, who earns up to €17m/year, which would also help the club drive the wage bill down.

The rest of the Bundesliga did their homework and also came to the conclusion that Bischof should not be missed out on. In the case of Bayern, Leon Goretzka will be the one to go as he is a big earner whom the club doesn’t see a future with.
