Baylor made a strong addition to their 2024 class on National Signing Day adding three-star safety Joshua Lair.
The Fort Bend (Texas) Marshall safety flipped from Washington to Baylor giving Dave Aranda and his staff a versatile weapon on the back end. Texas held some early juice for Lair during the summer before he ultimately committed to Washington. Baylor finished in the top three, but they found their opportunity to strike when Kalen DeBoer left for Alabama turning the Washington class upside down.
