If they beat Italy in the Nations League quarterfinal, Germany’s World Cup qualifying group will be:
• Germany
• Slovakia
• Northern Ireland
• Luxembourg
If they lose to Italy, the group will be:
• Germany
• Norway
• Israel
• Estonia
• Moldova
