Prieskorn transferred from Memphis to Ole Miss after a breakout season in 2022, during which he caught 48 passes for 602 yards and seven touchdowns. He was widely recognized as one of the top overall tight ends in the country with a future in the NFL. However, through five games at Ole Miss, he has only managed four catches for 62 yards and no touchdowns. If Prieskorn had stayed at Memphis, he likely would have had more than 70 targets throughout the season and played a crucial role in the offense. The 6-foot-5, 255-pound tight end, who initially came to Memphis as a quarterback, still has plenty of time to make an impact at Ole Miss. But many think he should have stayed with Memphis.
