15. PENN STATE NITTANY LIONS
Class Headliners: TE Luke Reynolds, IOL Cooper Cousins, QB Ethan Grunkemeyer
Penn State’s is among the most well-rounded recruiting classes in the Big Ten. Five-star tight end Luke Reynolds is the Nittany Lions’ most prized pickup, and fellow top-100 offensive lineman Cooper Cousins adds even more strength in the trenches. Penn State desperately needed to improve at wide receiver this offseason, and while it landed a trio of wideouts from the high school ranks, transfer Julian Fleming is the most likely to make an instant impact.
14. FLORIDA GATORS
Class Headliners: QB DJ Lagway, DL LJ McCray, LB Aaron Chiles
Florida suffered numerous decommitments in the final hours leading up to the Early Signing Period, pushing this group outside of the top 10. However, holding on to five-star prospects DJ Lagway and LJ McCray was a necessity for Billy Napier, and he delivered. Local product Myles Graham at linebacker might be the most impactful player in the class from an early playing time standpoint and fills a position of major need for the Gators.
