The Los Angeles Rams are three seasons removed from their Super Bowl victory.
Many believe that the Rams went all-in to take home the Super Bowl, and they completed their quest, even if it has cost their chances at the playoffs over the past two seasons.
After the team made so many aggressive moves on the way to winning the big game, people assumed that they would be a rebuilding team for the foreseeable future.
It looked like they were going to be a bottom-feeder team based on their start to the season, but the Rams have turned things around in a big way.
Getting healthier has certainly helped this team get back on their feet, which includes the addition of Cooper Kupp, who is back on offense after his injury.
Kupp recently sat down with the “Pivot” podcast, where he talked about this team, particularly, Sean McVay, and what he’s done to help cultivate their chemistry and culture.
“I owe so much to Sean… He challenges you to constantly know defenses, he wants to know all that, understand it, dissect it, and then destroy it,” Kupp said.

McVay is commonly recognized as having one of the best minds in the sport.
His recall of plays and situations from years in the past is something to behold and he is also able to be close with his players despite his massive brainpower.
Kupp, Matthew Stafford, and McVay have developed a tight-knit relationship over the past few years.
Can they keep building upon that and put together a surprise playoff run?
