Those were the two words uttered by Colorado head coach Deion Sanders when he arrived to take over the Buffaloes in late 2022.
Just under two years later, Coach Prime has No. 18 Colorado sitting at 7-2 and with a chance to make the College Football Playoff.
After starting 4-2 in 2023, Colorado went on to lose its next six games and finish the season with a record of 4-8.
Changes were made, including the Buffs’ move from the Pac-12 to the Big 12, and questions were raised about Colorado’s ability to compete in the conference.
