The Elite 11 wrapped up its regional tour last weekend at State College Area High School’s Memorial Field. Elite high school signal callers from the class of 2025 littered the field, and national recruiting analysts Andrew Ivins and Cooper Petagna broke down performances from several top names on the College Football Recruiting Show. Scouting reports of Georgia commit Ryan Montgomery and Tennessee pledge George MacIntyre are included.
MacIntyre is the second-highest-rated signal caller to commit to an SEC school in the class of 2025, behind LSU’s Bryce Underwood, the No. 1 overall prospect. Montgomery ranks third behind Underwood and MacIntyre. Ivins and Petagna also broke down what they saw from Penn State’s Bekkem Kritza and North Carolina’s Bryce Baker.
The eighth and final regional stop helped determine the 2024 Elite 11 Finals roster. Twenty of the nation’s top signal-callers have been invited to Los Angeles for the prestigious annual quarterback event, which takes place June 18-20. The selections are headlined by the nation’s No. 2 overall prospect, five-star Ohio State commit Tavien St. Clair.
