Biggest trap game: at Georgia Tech, Oct. 5
The second half of Duke’s debut season under Manny Diaz is a murderer’s row of ACC contenders, plus a rivalry game. Racking up as many wins as possible before the first bye week is, in turn, paramount to the Blue Devils’ bowl eligibility hopes. The final game before that week off, though, may be troublesome. If Duke topples rival UNC on Sept. 28 in its biggest game to date, it could realistically be 5-0 with a key win under its belt going into an evenly-matched road game.
