With seven early commits in the 2025 cycle, James Franklin and his Penn State staff have 247Sports’ No. 8 recruiting class.
Saturday’s junior day in Happy Valley should ultimately add to the tally.
Franklin and company hosted many of their top targets, offered a few more, and the returns coming out of Happy Valley are strong.
“The environment was amazing,” Upper Marlboro (Md.) Dr. Henry Wise Top247 defensive lineman Trent Wilson said. “It’s always great when I come on campus. They make sure it’s a family environment. What continues to impress me is the amount of talent they had came through Penn State and how much they develop.
“Penn State is going to be one of my top schools.”
