Manchester (Ga.) High 247Sports Composite five-star defensive lineman Justus Terry has been committed to Georgia since January of 2023, one of the jewels of a class that could ultimately finish No. 1 in the 2025 cycle.
Terry was back in Athens in January.
“I enjoyed my visit and the basketball game,” Terry told 247Sports. “Coach Kirby (Smart) and Tray (Scott) gave me some good advice on things that I can improve and do better throughout the off season and next season to prepare me for the next level. That’s one of my major reasons of committing to Georgia is the knowledge and genuine care that they have for me reaching my full potential.”
Terry’s parents like the fit for their son.
“It’s just home,” Terry’s father Juanee said. “It felt like home to him. They roll out the red carpet when he comes. Him and Dell McGee who started recruiting Justus they have a great relationship. He loves Tray Scott. Kirby, he loves Coach Smart.”
A few other programs continue to try and win Terry’s affection as well.
