Over the past few months, top 10 2025 power forward Nate Ament, out of Warrenton (Va.) Highland, has established himself as one of the top prospects in the nation. The 6-9, 185-pound five-star is an elite talent for this cycle and is just scratching the surface of how good he can be.
Ament now holds offers from over 25 division one programs and his recruitment has now entered blue-blood status. Ranked as the No. 7 overall player, Ament is ready to start thinking about college visits and begin the next stages of his recruitment.
Over the last few weeks, Ament has received offers from UConn, Kansas State, Kentucky, Notre Dame, Kansas, UNC, and Arkansas. At this moment, Ament has not set any official visits but may visit Virginia next month with a visit date in the works.
“I might go to UVA September 13th-15th,” Ament said. “I don’t know if it’s set for certain but that’s probably when I’ll go. For other visits, all the schools who have offered are trying to get me down for a visit but I haven’t locked anything in.”
Ament went further in-depth on his relationship with Virginia and broke down some of the blue blood schools now involved with his recruitment with 247Sports.
