Jordan Scott, the No. 51 overall prospect in the class of 2025, has narrowed his list of potential programs to just three schools on Monday. The 6-7, 185-pound forward from Reston (VA.) will make choose between Michigan State, Virginia Tech and Maryland for his college decision. As of now, Scott plans have his decision made by the November signing period.
“They’re all a little different but the energy that surrounds their basketball teams is the same,” Scott said when explaining to 247Sports why he chose the three finalist.
“All three schools are major basketball programs for where they are,” he said. “Michigan State is a very well-known organization, especially in Michigan and Maryland is one of the top basketball schools in the DMV. Virginia Tech is also a tough school in Virginia. Basketball is very important in all three places.”
