The German media outlet now claims that Eintracht have been informed of the English champions’ desire to sign Marmoush and that the Bundesliga side are demanding around €80 million for their prized asset.
Negotiations between the two clubs have not yet taken place, but Manchester City and Marmoush’s representatives believe that a fee in the region of €50-60 million is more reasonable, according to the report.
The 25-year-old striker has been in outstanding form for Eintracht this season, scoring 18 goals and laying on 12 assists in 24 appearances.
