The Aggies need depth at wide receiver, and Williams has the potential to provide that and more as a freshman next season. He’s listed at 6-foot, 172 pounds, and needs to add mass. However, he put up elite track times in high school and can find the field early as a slot receiver, according to GigEm247’s Jeff Tarpley.
“Williams offers big play ability both as a slot or as a Z working the perimeter of a defense,” Tarpley said. “His athleticism and speed suggest that he should be able to do this and offer excellent versatility for the Aggies.”
