The Miami Heat have signed center Warren Washington and waived guard Caleb Daniels.
Washington averaged 9.7 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.7 assists, a team-leading 1.52 blocks and 26.8 minutes while shooting a team-high 62.3 percent from the field last season with Texas Tech.
Daniels appeared in 31 games last season in the G League with the Sioux Falls Skyforce and averaged 12.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 31.5 minutes.
