Sale Sharks have made five changes as they look to claim a place in the Investec Champions Cup last 16 with victory over holders La Rochelle.
England fly-half George Ford returns after missing the Stormers defeat and Tom Roebuck is named on the wing.
Academy prop Tumy Onasanya makes his first Champions Cup start, while Luke Cowan-Dickie returns to hooker and Nick Schonert makes up a fresh front row.
It is a straight shootout in Manchester as both sides can still go through.
Leicester are third in Pool 4 in a strong position, two points above La Rochelle and four above the Sharks, with the top four sides going through to the knockout stage.
The side that finishes fifth will play in the Challenge Cup.
La Rochelle make two changes from the side that thumped Leicester Tigers in their last outing.
Yoan Tanga replaces Jonathan Danty at inside centre, while Quentin Lespiaucq is named at hooker and former England wing Jack Nowell is among the replacements.
