Joe Hendry Becomes the New TNA World Champion at Genesis
Anything can happen when you believe. At the mega-event that was TNA Genesis, Joe Hendry defeated Nic Nemeth to become TNA World Champion for the very first time. The bout would see involvement from Call Your Shot Trophy holder, Frankie Kazarian, Nic’s brother Ryan Nemeth, as well as pro wrestling legend John Layfield. But in the end, it was Hendry who was able to overcome adversity and cement his place at the top of the mountain.
