Will Deion Sanders and Colorado reach the postseason in 2024 as a returning member of the Big 12? Oddsmakers expect the Buffaloes to be at or near the cutline in the final weeks come late November. Same goes for Cincinnati and second-year coach Scott Satterfield. Iowa State and West Virginia were projected to finish among the bottom five teams in the 2023 Big 12 preseason media poll, but ended up tied for fourth. The Cyclones and Mountaineers again project to be in the middle-tier of the expanded conference for 2024.
