Wales and Gloucester-Hartpury hooker Kelsey Jones has been handed a three-match ban for a dangerous tackle.
Jones scored a hat-trick against Premiership Women’s Rugby (PWR) leaders Saracens Women last weekend before receiving a red card for a high tackle.
The 26-year-old admitted the charge and her ban will be reduced to two matches if she completes a World Rugby course.
But she will definitely miss the trip to Leicester Tigers and the west country derby against Bristol Bears.
Her involvement in the game against Sale Sharks depends on the course completion.
Gloucester-Hartpury are currently second in the PWR, one point behind Sarries with a game in hand.
