Kentucky is expected to again be without one of its top players when it faces Florida on Saturday.
The current expectation is that Wildcats All-SEC cornerback Maxwell Hairston will miss the game due to the injury that’s had him sidelined for Kentucky’s last two games, a source tells 247Sports and CBS Sports.
Hairston, a 2023 second-team All-SEC selection and early-round NFL draft prospect, led the SEC last year with five interceptions and two pick-sixes. Even without him, the Wildcats beat then-No. 6 Ole Miss Sept. 28 but then lost to Vanderbilt last week, 20-13.
Kentucky is a 1.5-point favorite entering the matchup against Florida.
