College football season is winding down and some of the top underclassmen around the country are starting to announce their intentions for the 2024 NFL Draft. The deadline for players to declare for the draft is Monday, Jan. 15.
Last year saw 82 underclassmen declare early for the NFL Draft, including 69 players who were granted special eligibility and 13 players who had college eligibility remaining but notified the league that they have fulfilled their degree requirements. That number was down from 100 early entrants in 2022.
The 2024 NFL Draft is scheduled to be held in Detroit from April 25-27.
