Over 100 employees at Manchester United will be made redundant in the latest chapter of Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s ruthless cost-cutting measures.
It follows Ratcliffe culling approximately 250 staff members at the club in the summer in a desperate bid to improve the club’s finances.
Since Ratcliffe forked out £1billion to acquire 27.7 per cent of United in February 2024, he has taken several controversial steps to reduce the club’s expenditure.
The redundancies were just one of those following a club-wide review as United looked to reinvest money back into the playing squad.
United’s latest round of cuts follows the club’s poor performance on the field this season as the Red Devils sit 13th on 29 points.
talkSPORT has contacted the club for comment.
