Ever since Cleveland Browns star defensive end Myles Garrett requested a trade this week, many have been speculating on which teams could end up landing him and what teams could be the best fits for him.
Garrett talked to Zach Gelb about a couple of possibilities as far as trade destinations: the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles.
While the Cowboys are coming off a 7-10 record and need lots of help, the Eagles are about to battle the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl and already have an outstanding defense.
Garrett said that the Eagles would be a “h— of a destination” and talked about playing in Philly during the preseason and having one of the city’s famous cheesesteaks.

Philly put together a 14-3 record this season, and they did so while somewhat under the radar, since the Detroit Lions were everyone’s favorites to not only win the NFC but claim the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
They finished second in points allowed and first in total yards and first downs allowed, and they gave up fewer than 20 points in 11 of their regular-season games.
Perhaps the one thing they don’t have on defense is a prolific pass rusher who racks up sacks.
Garrett had 14.0 sacks, 28 quarterback hits and an NFL-high 22 tackles for loss this season for a Browns team that is starting to rebuild and is clearly going nowhere anytime soon.
At age 29, he should have a few good years left in him, and he could therefore help a number of teams win it all very soon.
