The New York Jets have some tough decisions to make in the offseason.
For starters, they need someone to call the shots in the front office, as they don’t currently have a general manager.
Then, they must find a head coach to lead this talented group forward.
If that wasn’t enough, they might not even have their starting quarterback back next season.
According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Aaron Rodgers is considered “a long shot” to return as their quarterback next season.

He says there are concerns about his age, especially after watching him endure the worst stretch of his career this season.
Other reports also claim that Rodgers doesn’t want to stay there any longer, even if the Jets decide to keep him.
This could be one of the biggest failures in major sports history.
The Jets gave Rodgers everything to succeed, but the future Hall of Famer didn’t live up to the expectations as he approached the sunset of his career.
On paper, they still have a roster good enough to compete for a deep postseason run, but they will need to dig deep into the market – or the NFL Draft – to find a quarterback of the future, even if they decide to keep this marriage together for longer.
