Saraland (Ala.) High Top 247 four-star quarterback KJ Lacey committed to Texas back on June 3, 2023. The 6-0, 175-pounder from the class of 2025 chose the Longhorns over scholarship offers from Auburn, Alabama, Ole Miss, Oregon, and many others.
