Group of Five: Boise State
This might be the toughest selection because there are so many teams. It looks like Boise State will be the team to edge out the rest as the Broncos are excited for former high-rated prospect QB Malachi Nelson, who transferred to Boise State this off-season.
The real game-changer is RB Ashton Jeanty, one of college football’s best running back prospects. Jeanty had a fantastic 2023 season, rushing for 1,347 yards and 14 touchdowns. If he can replicate that this season, the Broncos could be looking at their first CFP appearance in school history.
