With a home schedule under first-year coach Mike Elko that includes Miami, Missouri, LSU and Texas, man, it’s about to be on in College Station. When the Aggies renew their rivalry with the Longhorns in late November after a lengthy hiatus, that’ll be the toughest ticket nationally that weekend, not to mention deafening at field level. The games become more important down the stretch for Texas A&M this fall if Elko’s ahead of schedule and the Aggies show some promise early under a new regime.
