Orji was a bit shaky to start his opening for Michigan on Saturday, missing an open receiver, but quickly settled in to lead the Blue Team on a touchdown drive. More than 10 minutes came off the clock as Orji orchestrated a lengthy series. He scored the first points of the game on an 18-yard run, scrambling outside the pocket to his right, avoiding several Maize Team defenders along the way.
It is worth noting that quarterbacks could not be tackled in the Michigan spring game.
