The Toronto Raptors are expected to pick up their team option for Bruce Brown. That would put Brown on Toronto’s books at $23 million, but Brown’s stay with the Raptors may not last long.
Toronto is expected to look at trading Brown this offseason. Brown will have value to contenders as a plug-and-play wing.
Brown signed a two-year, $45 million deal with the Indiana Pacers last summer. At the trade deadline, Brown was part of the deal that sent Pascal Siakam from Toronto to Indiana.
