Earlier in his career, Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus was one of the most sought after talents in all of Europe.
Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, and Liverpool FC were among the power clubs who were rumored to be interested in the slick midfielder. However, a catastrophic knee injury put Neuhaus out of action for quite a while…and he never fully got all the way back. Even in this era where modern medicine seemingly defies the odds more often than not, Neuhaus would never fully get that lost step (or two) back or the lateral quickness — and those things have affected his confidence and his game overall:

Neuhaus will have a key decision to make in the coming days…will he stay in the Bundesliga?
