According to a report from Bild (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich’s initial bid to FC Köln for goalkeeper Jonas Urbig was soundly rejected. Specifically, FC Köln wants €10m with bonuses and a sell-on clause to send Urbig to Bavaria per Bild:
Köln have rejected an initial bid from Bayern for Jonas Urbig and are currently asking for €10m with bonuses and a sell-on clause because the goalkeeper is still under contract until 2026 and other top clubs also want him.
Abendzeitung journalist Kilian Kreitmair (via @iMiaSanMia) says that Bayern Munich is not necessarily “all in” on Urbig and could walk away if FC Köln wants too much in return for the goalkeeper:
Bayern are not prepared to sign Jonas Urbig at any price. The move is still uncertain and could still fall through due to the fee.
