It’s been one heck of a week for Micah Shrewsberry and the Notre Dame basketball team.
It began on Monday with a commitment from four-star forward Brady Koehler, who is ranked No. 114 in the national class. Wednesday came the big news when five-star Jalen Haralson committed to the Irish, live on the 247Sports Channel and CBS Sports HQ. Haralson became the highest-ranked recruit to ever commit to the program.
On Friday, Notre Dame punctuated the historic week by landing a commitment from Ryder Frost, the No. 97-ranked prospect in the national class of 2025.
Frost announced his decision live on the 247Sports Channel and chose Notre Dame from among a group of six finalists that also included Iowa, Michigan, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, and Wisconsin.
Widely considered one of the very best shooters in high school basketball, Frost is coming off a grassroots season with the Middlesex Magic in which he averaged 15.8 points and 5.4 rebounds on 48% shooting from the floor and 45% from the three-point line in the Under Armour Association.
Below is the scouting report on Frost and a diagnosis of his fit at Notre Dame.
